Frequently Asked Questions

Can recycling really make a difference?

75% of the waste in the U.S. is recyclable, but we only recycle around 34% of it.  Many countries around the world are able to recycle up to 60% of their waste.  If they can do it, we can too.

The more we keep out of our landfills and oceans will allow future generations to enjoy the beauty of creation (Rubicon, 2019).

Why do you use blue bags instead of bins?

Our Blue Skies Carriers are independent contractors and operate their routes with their own personal vehicles.

Having recycling material in blue bags makes it convenient and easy for pick-ups and drop-offs.
